We wanted to showcase the very best of Irish food & service Execution We compiled a menu incorporating the best of ingredients, many with Irish produce. The Event Industry Awards is in its fifth year and is organised by Event Strategies. The aim of the award ceremony is to celebrate excellence in the event industry and the catering award section highlights the very highest standard of food catering.
