All of the Meats used in our Sandwiches are home cooked, that is our Ham,Turkey, Chicken & Beef are cooked and carved in our kitchens in Clonskeagh.. Our sauces are our own recipes and our breads are supplied by The Bretzel Bakery.
We are vehemently opposed to plastic meats and bottled sauces and to breads that contain preservatives that keep them ‘fresh’ for extended periods of time
Our scones, muffins and cookies are baked every morning in our kitchens
Our Juices are 100% juice, no concentrate and are juiced daily in our kitchens
